Delta Design and Engineering Ltd offer the complete engineering solution, specialising in small batch production and 1-off prototypes working from samples or sketches. A full design service is offered with hardware and software engineers available for design and problem solving.  Drawings for manufacture or quotation can be sent to us via e-mail.

The highly skilled workforce in our CNC equipped machine shop are experienced in machining a wide range of metals and plastics from composites to molybdenum. Newly acquired CNC folding and punching equipment in our sheet metal shop provides high tolerance reliable component manufacture. Our fabrication department offers MIG/TIG and orbital welding for construction of frames and electrical cabinets and Stainless Steel piped systems.

To further enhance these facilities we have a spray booth using the latest Trimite paints for superior finishes. Painted panels can subsequently be silkscreened on site.

Our existing customer database ranges from 1 man businesses to major international companies taking advantage of the comprehensive facilities offered.

Bespoke Engineering

Engineers and design teams in SG Controls and throughout the Newton Technology Group are always on hand to advise and offer support for any bespoke engineering project. 

 

Technology Transfer

Independent process experts are often the best people to introduce staff to new technology particularly where existing production schedules cannot be compromised.  SG Controls are process experts and can deliver training and technical transitions either at your site or in the Newton Development Labs.  With a full suite of Optical Fibre manufacturing equipment we can train new staff and re train the more experienced in new techniques with disturbing your current process.

For large manufacturing installation projects a full package of technology transfer can be configured to meet the demands of full factory start up.
